Scullman's beloved edition

Ishinomori Hero by Kazuhiko Shimamoto is back! Shotaro Ishinomori's "Skull Man" was published in 1970. Its shocking story and heroic image had a tremendous impact on later works. Its legitimate sequel, the Kazuhiko Shimamoto version of "Skullman," was serialized from 1998 to 2001 and remains a fan favorite to this day. This time, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Kazuhiko Shimamoto's debut, it is published in an edition (3 volumes) in a collector's edition. The newly-drawn cover illustrations as well as the color illustrations as they appeared in the magazine are reproduced. In addition, volumes 1 and 3 will include a newly drawn essay manga. (Volume 3 includes "Vol. 36 FOR WHOM?" to "Vol. 50 PROLOGUE FOR DAYS OF LONG WAR")
